Jacqueline Senyagwa is an energy and development specialist with a training background in Environmental Science and Natural Resources Management. She has over 8 experience in energy and development issues in a wide range of areas in research, policy and project delivery in the African continent. She had previously worked with the Stockholm Environment Institute Africa Centre at the World Agroforestry Centre (ICRAF) in Nairobi, Kenya. She is currently pursuing her PhD in energy and development at the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
Kalisa is an accomplished senior software developer with 10 years of working experience in software development, designing and managing databases. For the past five years he led the development of mobile and web applications, designing databases, GUI/Mobile App Wireframes and development of innovating systems architecture via Xamarin, Flask and Laravel frameworks, HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript/React, MySQL, Oracle and SQL Server. Currently, Fravius provides ICT support services the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (RUWASA).
Chris is a water resources expert. She is part of the "Transformation to Groundwater Sustainability" project, in which she study how farmers' initiatives can contribute to the development and governance of groundwater resources in Tanzania. She obtained her PhD in Human Geography at Stockholm University in June 2018, where her research focused on irrigation and water management in the Global South where she studied farmer-led irrigation development in the upper Pangani basin in northern Tanzania. Chris leads our work on water.
Gloria is a Medical Doctor and a Public Health Specialist with a training background in Global Health and Development. She has over 8 years experience in health and development issues in a wide range of areas in humanitarian, research, policy and project delivery in the African continent. She had previously worked as Health Adviser at the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) in Tanzania. Gloria is currently pursuing her DPhil in Clinical Medicine/Global Health and Tropical Medicine at the University of Oxford, United Kingdom.
Avit is community economic development expert with more than 10 years’ experience on business development, human development and youths issues. His primary areas of expertise are on monitoring, evaluation and learning, youths and community economic development. Avit has worked with local governments and various local and international NGOs. He leads our work on business development.
Adam is a seasoned Business Transformation Specialist who helps businesses and organizations to implement business improvement and change management activities in line with their long term plans. His areas of interests are on leadership, human dynamics and organization Behaviour. He has over 10 years experience of working in public and private sector on leadership and change management initiatives in education, water, health, emergency and disaster management sectors.
Peter is a project management and community development expert with experience on business development and youth practice. He has experience in digital marketing, project designs and implementation. Peter has worked with Local Governments, NGOs and private companies.
