Avit is community economic development expert with more than 10 years’ experience on business development, human development and youths issues. His primary areas of expertise are on monitoring, evaluation and learning, youths and community economic development. Avit has worked with local governments and various local and international NGOs. He leads our work on business development.

His areas of interests are on leadership, human dynamics and organization Behaviour. He has over 10 years experience of working in public and private sector on leadership and change management initiatives in education, water, health, emergency and disaster management sectors.
