Avit is community economic development expert with more than 10 years’ experience on business development, human development and youths issues. His primary areas of expertise are on monitoring, evaluation and learning, youths and community economic development. Avit has worked with local governments and various local and international NGOs. He leads our work on business development.

Adam is a seasoned Business Transformation Specialist who helps businesses and organizations to implement business improvement and change management activities in line with their long term plans. His areas of interests are on leadership, human dynamics and organization Behaviour. He has over 10 years experience of working in public and private sector on leadership and change management initiatives in education, water, health, emergency and disaster management sectors.

Diana holds a Master’s Degree in Logistics and Procurement. She is discreet and detail-oriented administrative assistant with a demonstrated success in driving complex and time sensitive administrative workflow to successful completion. Leveraging word and data processing tools to draft and managed administrative reports that facilitate business operations.
