we provided strategic advisory and business support services to the Learning Hub Model Project. Learning Hub Model Project (LHMP) now is used to design, implement, test, and facilitate the adoption of new tools and processes to strengthen RUWASA’s project management systems. Also, we helped RUWASA to generate new tools that is used to inform the development of training materials for graduates and RUWASA staff in priority areas identified in the study. The training materials draw on real life case studies and problem-solving techniques from the model projects delivered on time (through e-learning platform) and through a customized residential training programmed.
In 2024 we supported Ministry of energy in developing a comprehensive Energy Sector Monitoring and Evaluation framework and Monitoring and Evaluation Manual. Where by the manual detailed on various tools used on the nature of the project, programme or delegated power of the institution or nature of institution i.e. Agency, Authority, Regulator, Parastatal etc. For electrification programmes, the manual categorized into, urban and rural electrification, grid extension, mini-grids and off-grid solutions. For petroleum sub sector the manual categorized the upstream exploration and production solution and downstream infrasture and distribution solutions.
In 2025 we are supporting Ministry of energy to Review and Update of Electricity Supply Industry Reform Strategy Roadmap 2014-2025 by taking a stock made in implementation of power sector reforms and make recommendation on appropriate reform pathways and measures required to strengthen the operational and financial sustainability of TANESCO.
Between 2017-2018 we supported the global toilet manufacturing firm LIXIL to address the global sanitation and hygiene crisis. Our work in Tanzania was to ensure market penetration of the innovative affordable plastic SATO (Safe Toilet) series.
Between 2016-2018, we provided strategic advisory and business support services to the FURSA initiative, an entrepreneurship platform with over 5 million youths in Tanzania.
